Privacy Policy

1. General Information

This privacy policy applies to the website operating at the URL: frontcode.studio

The operator of the website and the administrator of personal data is: FrontCode Studio, Elżbieta Kozera

Contact email addresses: hello@frontcode.studio, ela@frontcode.studio

The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with respect to data provided voluntarily on the Website.

The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling enquiries via the contact form
  • Providing services and responding to business requests

The Website collects information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:

  • Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which is then submitted to the Operator's systems.
  • By saving cookie files on end devices (so-called "cookies").

2. Data Protection Methods

Login and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that personal data and login credentials entered on the website are encrypted on the user's device and can only be read on the target server.

The Operator regularly updates all software used for processing personal data, which in particular means regular updates to programming components.

To protect data, the Operator regularly performs security backups.

3. Hosting

The Website is technically hosted on external servers. The hosting company may log server-level data for technical reliability purposes, including:

  • Resources identified by URL (addresses of requested pages and files)
  • Time of request and response
  • Client station name — identification via HTTP protocol
  • Information about HTTP transaction errors
  • URL of the previously visited page (referrer link)
  • User's browser information
  • IP address information

4. Your Rights and Data Usage

In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfil obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

  • Hosting company — under data processing agreement
  • Postal operators
  • Authorised employees and associates who use data to achieve the website's purpose

Your personal data is processed by the Administrator for no longer than necessary to perform the related activities defined by separate regulations. Marketing data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Administrator:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Rectification of your data
  • Erasure of your data
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means we do not send it outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

The Website may record connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).

Data provided in forms is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. to handle a service request, business enquiry, or registration. The context and description of each form clearly indicates its purpose.

6. Administrator Logs

Information about user behaviour on the website may be logged. This data is used for administering the website.

7. Marketing Techniques

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the service provider — only anonymised information. The service is based on cookies stored on the user's end device.

8. Cookie Policy

The Website uses cookies.

Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, stored on the end device of the Website user and intended for use with the Website's pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they originate from, their storage duration on the end device, and a unique identifier.

The entity placing cookies on the user's end device and accessing them is the Website operator.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  • Maintaining the user's session, so the user does not have to re-enter their credentials on every subpage
  • Achieving the purposes described in the "Marketing Techniques" section above

Two basic types of cookies are used: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the user's device until logout, leaving the website, or closing the browser. Persistent cookies are stored on the user's device for the duration specified in cookie parameters or until deleted by the user.

Web browser software typically allows cookies to be stored on the user's end device by default. Users may change these settings. The browser allows cookies to be deleted and automatically blocked. Detailed information can be found in the browser's help or documentation.

Restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Website.

Cookies placed on the user's end device may also be used by entities cooperating with the Website operator, in particular: Google (Google Inc., USA).

9. Managing Cookies

If you do not want to receive cookies, you can change your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies necessary for authentication, security, and maintaining user preferences may hinder or, in extreme cases, prevent the use of the Website.
