Real-estate market analytics

The tool helps an investment team assess properties before purchase and keep an eye on the homes already in the portfolio. Property records, rental listings and contractor data are tied to a geographic layer: states, counties, ZIP codes and metro areas. The maps filter on a dozen criteria at once, compare rent estimates, and show which service vendors cover a given area. Listing pages are a browser over individual homes with their specs, photographs and price history — from there the team steps straight through to a property record. It had been a classic Rails application with server-rendered views; I carried out the full migration of the interface to React.
